Hi, I’m Kathryn! I’m a Kiwi expat living in the USA (don’t worry, I still have my accent), a boy mom💙, first responder wife 🚒, PhD 🎓, HG Warrior 💪, and parent well-being advocate 🗣! As a Resilience Mentor and Speaker, I’m passionate about empowering people to overcome life’s toughest challenges, particularly in pregnancy, parenting, and personal health and well-being. After facing numerous challenges in my own life, including two battles with hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), I’ve learned that adversity can be our greatest teacher. The challenge? We’re not always taught how to navigate it. Drawing on my personal experiences and PhD in Psychological & Brain Sciences, I help people build strength and regain control over their lives, not just bouncing back but rising above adversity—stronger and wiser. Through speaking, mentorship, and thought-inspiring content, I provide tools, strategies, and real-world support to help guide people through their most challenging moments. I believe in meeting people where they are, acknowledging the unique struggles they face, and providing mentorship that helps them pave their own way forward.
