•	Developed and managed pre-opening B2B/B2C marketing budgets of $300k and year one topline revenue budgets of up to $16 million per hotel.

Crescent Hotels & Resorts

Transitioned hotels in North America into the Crescent culture to maximize results, and limit ramp time.

•	Position evolved: 1st (2) years supported 120 hotels from Canada - Caribbean; 2nd (2) yrs supported 72 hotels from Mid-Atlantic – Caribbean.
•	Regional results for 2016 YTD through September: Exceeded RPIPC goal by 47%; exceeded previous year fees by $5M (8.7% growth).
•	Understood various management/ownership company philosophies, and how best to support hotels to reach their goals, maximize revenue and increase franchise fee production.
•	Strategized with hotels to review progress to goals, train on sales systems, provide best practice options and create unique ways to increase room nights while maintaining rate (potentially in declining markets).
