Critical Facilities, Lead Data Center Construction Project Manager
Construction Project Manager responsible for critical facilities increase in capacity, maintaining data center electrical / mechanical resiliency for multiple complex projects with an eye on risk management and continuous ongoing operations.

•	Maintained effective communications with internal customers, project team and management regarding staffing, space optimization and space efficiencies. 
•	Efficiently managed and aligned the Operations and Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) groups to appropriate staffing needs to the number of square feet of space through negotiating with Corporate Properties Group and other lines of business.        
•	Managed all phases of construction, remodeling and reconfiguration of space to meet organizational objectives for Operations and Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) groups.  
•	Served as Charlotte Operations Volunteer Coordinator for community outreach events for the Heart Walk, Operation Christmas Child and Classroom Central.  
•	Served as Site Ergonomic Coordinator supporting various business groups. Perform ergonomic assessments, make recommendations for workstation adjustments or accommodations.

Properties Project Manager, Operations Services Group

Identified, validated and optimized space based on staffing needs for the Wholesale Technology Services team in Charlotte, NC as a part of the integration of Wachovia and Wells Fargo effort.  
•	Verified ownership of space and negotiated with Corporate Properties Group (CPG) and other lines of business for additional space as required.  Documented and reported internal rent changes to CPG.    
•	Partnered with technology support teams to enhance an online move management tool to capture space requests, document team member locations, and identify current vacancies.

Facility Coordinator, Wholesale Technology Services

Wachovia Corp

Coordinated with and supported Admin Facilities Planner, Property Managers and Relationship Managers in planning solutions for the central business district of Charlotte, NC. Identified and secured space for growth of business units, expansion and consolidation needs. Researched and solved urgent and immediate space requests while maintaining floor plans to reflect internal rent changes.
•	Led a multi-phase project team for a building exit and decommissioning which included relocating labs, consolidating business units and moving of approximately 1,000 associates.  
•	Partnered with project team at the Customer Information Center (CIC) to deliver a $3.4M infrastructure project that was on-time and under budget.
•	Managed all phases of Corporate Real Estate construction, renovation and churn projects of various scope and magnitude.  Maintained on-going communications with project team while building and maintaining strategic alliances within the customer-based business units.

 Senior Project Manager, Corporate Properties Group

Little & Co.

•	Managed BB&T Center, a 553,000 square foot commercial real estate building that included multiple tenants and a 1,500-space parking garage. Responsible for overall building operations, managing staff, service contracts, tenant retention and tenant improvements. Managed site specific service agreements and monitored compliance that included, but was not limited to, elevator maintenance, life-safety system and grounds maintenance. 
•	Provided oversight and managed design and construction activities for capital projects and general tenant improvements that impacted 50% of the building.

Property Manager

Trammel Crow Company

•	Directed and managed interior up-fit renovations on the Bank of America Corporate Headquarters account.  Coordinated the architectural, furniture and technology planning efforts within 17 corporate facilities totaling 4.1 million square feet of office space.   
•	Created project estimates and reported weekly project status updates within the organization and the customer contacts.  Contracted general contractors to perform renovations along with critical environment and infrastructure upgrades.
