With design work recognized by the New York Book Show, The Australian Business Book Awards and the National Advertising Awards Association my background in editorial art direction spans more than 500 hundred book and magazine designs. I craft stories, conduct research and at all times collaborate, ideate and iterate using various UX methods. Through empathy, ease of use and an element of fun I create meaningful connections and positive experiences with users while always focusing on both user and business needs at all times. When I'm not working, I’m constantly inspired by design out in the world. A modern brutalist home in Portugal, the sleek lines of a greyhound dog, the rocky coast of Big Sur, MOMA, the acidic color citron, Japanese package design… But let me not give away everything.
