Kathy works collaboratively with her clients to uncover their optimal achievable capital solutions when it comes to purchasing or developing their properties, matching them with the best options for them in the market, and closely managing the process from approval, drawdown, and on an ongoing basis. Having worked for over 20 years in banking with two Big 4 banks and an Australian private lender, Kathy’s achievements include obtaining approval for and managing a number of Melbourne CBD high rise residential tower construction loans, backing a Management Buy Out team on the successful acquisition of a publicly listed Queensland resort, acting as subject matter expert on retirement villages, hotels and resorts, working with a wide variety of investors and developers, as well as winning many awards for excellence in customer service. It is Kathy’s passion for honesty, integrity and delivering on promises that have led to a strong following from her client base, and reputation for “getting things done”. Kathy is a co-founder of Minerva Property, a networking group for female leaders in the property industry, and serves on the UDIA Victoria Board, as well as their Finance & Investment Committee. Kathy is also is a Mentor with Property Council of Australia. In March 2022, Kathy was awarded the 2021 UDIA Victoria Women in Leadership Award.
