I tend to be very analytical in my thinking - collect the information, make a decision on the information collected, and solve the problem. Done. What other skills do I have that match with bookkeeping? I pay attention to the details. I love it when my desk and papers are organized (though they may still be in piles.) My data entry is accurate. I’m honest and can keep confidential information. I understand how to read invoices and freight bills. I know how to prioritize projects. Bookkeeping just fits. I love working in the food and agricultural industry. I grew up on a dairy farm in Michigan and although I’m glad I don't have to milk cows anymore, they still hold a special place in my heart. I love knowing I’ve helped feed cows 🐮, trees 🌳, and people 👨👩👧👦 And now, I’m studying homeopathy so I can help keep animals, plants, and people healthy. Over the past year, I’ve been extremely interested in learning more about homeopathy. Within that medical modality is a subgroup called Agrohomeopathy. This area covers remedies that will keep your animals and crops healthy. Mastitis, injuries, infections, and more can all be treated with homeopathy. If your crops have leaf rot, pests, or just need to hold onto that water longer, there’s a homeopathic remedy that will help. So fascinating!
