Create, coordinate and facilitate the implementation of State and community training and technical assistance service plans for a 9 state service area; assess State and community prevention readiness.

Provide support and technical assistance to the Department on all facets of substance abuse prevention programming and management. Assist in the development of Community Mobilization Training, a two day workshop provided to department grantees and coalition members statewide.
