As a global business leader, I’m experienced in managing human capital in high performing organizations, both in profit and non-profit sectors. I’ve established a strong reputation for recruiting, developing and retaining diverse talent. Currently, I oversee people and facility operations for Corvesta, Inc. Additionally, I was a board member for an India-based IT subsidiary which allows me to provide strategic and tactical oversight for talent along with P&L, governance and infrastructure. During my professional career, I have mastered the art of strategically building teams that directly result in increased profitability for the company. I have led company-wide Organizational Transformations and Change Management Initiatives resulting in improved project success and organizational performance. A focus of mine has been to develop a positive and cohesive culture within each workspace that continues to advance each time new talent is recruited to join the team. I am particularly proud of being selected for “100 Most Talented Global HR Leaders,” a book sponsored by CHRO Asia. I am often found traveling around the world to places like India, Cuba, South Africa and China, among others, and am open to Expat assignments. I have been a speaker at the HR World Congress in Mumbai. Locally, I have been named to Senator Mark Warner’s Young Professional Program as a panelist and on the Workforce Panel at the Chamber's Economic Summit. I have the good fortune to serve on the Board for the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council working to advance technology in the region.
