•	PA and EA duties to the Managing Director of Corporate Logistics & Services
•      Project management in various departments of the business
•	Arranging events
•	Diary management 
•	Personnel matters; new starters and leavers
•	Booking travel and accommodation 
•	Running and analysing reports 
•	Preparing documents and folders for board meetings and working groups
•	Dealing with expenses and credit card statements
•	Dealing with annual leave
•	Having 8 directors and a team of assistants reporting into me

•	Day to day managing of the agency diary 
•	Creating and sending contracts and invoices, ensuring they are signed and paid on time 
•	Liaising with artists and promoters daily

•	Creating and sending artist itineraries for multiple acts per week
