Currently I am the Director of Operations at Source Medium where I am overseeing administrative and operational processes for the seed stage startup. This role comes after 1.5 years as the Startup Operations Manager where I designed internal admin processes as the 4th FT hire. Formerly I was the EA/EBP to the CEO at Give Legacy, Inc., where I handled the C-Suite day to day for the Series A start up (helping to raise a Series B in 12 months). In addition, I recruited 16 new employees in 14 months for the company, creating a world class onboarding experience for all new hires, and assisting in development of HR/People policies as the company grew. Prior to Legacy I held roles in Human Resources and Operations at a fast-growing startup after spending many years working alongside executives in venture capital and private equity in Boston. Startups are my jam! I excel at creating systems and processes from scratch, building teams and operational SOPs, and pitching in wherever work is needed.
