* Salary Benchmarking 
* Maternity and Paternity 
* Company benefits (Pension, salary sacrifice, private healthcare, gym membership, share save scheme, childcare vouchers, cycle to work and benefits portal)
* HRIS management
* Advising managers on all aspects of company policy, employment law and day to day HR issues
* Disciplinary meetings
* Policy writing
* Assisting in salary increase and bonus review
* TUPE 
* Employee Relations complex case management.
