Katie is the President and Founder of Beyond Green Solutions, a nurse-owned collection agency that infuses bedside empathy into third-party collections, increasing recovery and customer service. She has over 20 years of healthcare knowledge, spanning from clinical practice to technology implementation and support. She holds multiple certifications in Epic EMR and Professional Collection Specialist (PCS).
