Hi, I am Katie, having had a successful senior leadership career globally in HR, Learning and Inclusion, I now focus on developing and educating more inclusive leaders to drive effective and equitable workplace cultures and clear out the toxic behaviours crippling business today. ​I have seen first-hand the impact that poor leadership and Executive leadership can have on a business and its people. Having been a victim, as so many are today to career toxicity, it’s my mission to also help women to re-find their career confidence, identity, brand and passion to step up for success whatever that looks like for them. My career brief: I'm a transformational and culturally aware Business leader with over 20 years of international experience supporting organisational, digital and cultural transformations across Technology and Service Organisations. Having led large teams across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, INDIA and the USA across Learning, Organisational development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, I have along with my teams successfully implemented a vast array of modern learning experiences, learning technology innovation, role based skills development and defined great leadership capability and Inclusion programs. I have sat on HR leadership teams, and partnered and coached Board members. I know how to run a business and built ground-up Learning universities, departments and Diversity, Equity and inclusion as well as running and achieving multi-million revenue and budgets. I am a MIT Leadership facilitator educating and supporting business leaders across Industry. I am available for consulting, strategy development projects, facilitation, and part-time roles (up to 3 days a week) in the space of Learning, Leadership and Inclusion. I have developed two key education and coaching programs for New Managers and Leaders which are available for organisations to insert into their development, onboarding and succession programs!
