Having worked for over 20 years working in digital marketing, I am passionate about creating great customer experiences and relationships to increase CLTV. From an early age I worked in hospitality to fund my studying and working front line in customer service gave me a good understanding and insight into people and their behaviour. Going the extra mile and providing a great customer experience like remembering a name, a favourite table or a dietary need, created trusted relationships that turned into loyalty and advocacy (and tips!). Throughout my digital marketing career, I have sought to replicate that same personalised experience for both my customer and their customers - understanding and responding to their needs and finding ways to add value. The challenge today, with a world where our interactions are becoming increasingly remote, is how to retain the 1:1 relationship at scale and that’s my passion. When I’m not working, you will find me at the go-kart track cheering on my two sons and trying to calm my husband – a cross between Alex Ferguson and Ron Dennis!
