As Associate Principal, I am responsible for a number of key accounts in our mid-east region. I believe strongly in growing our book of business through excellent customer service. I spend my days working with members to connect with our research, implement our technologies, and benefit from our consulting. Further, I provide quality control for our members ensuring value and providing opportunities to further engage with our firm's resources and offerings.

Associate Principal

As Director of Talent Development at the Advisory Board, my job is to help healthcare executives to responsibly invest in their talent and build a bench depth of leaders who can lead their organization into the future. My team provides a wide variety of skill and leadership development offerings to nurses, physicians, administrators from the frontlines to executives. 

I manage the Advisory Board's largest accounts in the National Strategic and Executive arenas and  have consistently exceed my annual revenue goals year over year by 25 - 50%. I also have taken on the added responsibility of managing the renewal of our accounts. 

In addition to my sales responsibilities, I work closely with a our team to refine and hone our marketing materials/ market message and coach a marketing associate.
