As the Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at Gallagher, I provide passion, vision, direction, and knowledge to each of my clients. With more than 18 years of experience in the insurance and investment industry, I have developed a strong expertise in self-funding, data analytics, vendor selection, and compliance for employee benefits plans.

My mission is to empower employers and employees with a better understanding of how their health coverage and benefits are intended for their overall well-being. I also focus on creative ways to manage health care costs and provide benefits to the key executives of a company. I help employers project their future needs and goals for their benefits and design customized solutions that fit their budget and culture. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington, and I am licensed in life, disability, and long-term care insurance.

Last November marked 18 years since I started my career with a local Seattle firm called MCM. In just two weeks, it will also be 11 years since MCM made the decision to join AssuredPartners— for their belief in our work ethic, confidence in our ability to succeed, and the trust they gave us to lead and grow the business.

Fast forward to August 2025, when Gallagher completed its eight‑month acquisition of AssuredPartners—one of the most significant transactions our industry has ever seen. And today, we officially retire the AssuredPartners name and begin doing business as Gallagher—alongside the very same people I began this journey with 18 years ago.

The name on the door may have changed, but what hasn’t changed is the team inside—the relationships, the commitment, and the shared purpose that keep our clients supported and successful every day.

As I reflect on this chapter, I can’t help but think about how much of my professional (and personal) life has been shaped by the people around me. This journey started with John Meisenbach, the original founder of MCM. John didn’t just build a company—he built a place where people could grow, learn, and belong. Many of us quite literally grew up together here, and that shared history is something I’ll always cherish.

Over the years, my coworkers have become so much more than coworkers. They’re family. I’ve been supported, given opportunities, encouraged to stretch myself, and challenged in the best possible ways. I’ve always known I could raise my hand, take risks, and keep growing—and that kind of environment is rare. I’m endlessly grateful for it.

I’m also forever thankful for the amazing clients we’ve had the privilege to serve over the years. You’ve helped shape my career in ways you may never fully know. You gave me patience and grace as I grew, journeyed with me as I learned, and trusted me along the way. That trust has always meant so much to me, and I never take it lightly.

When I look back, I don’t just see milestones, acquisitions, or name changes—I see relationships, shared challenges, meaningful wins, lessons learned, and moments that truly mattered.

Grateful for the journey, proud of the people, and excited for what’s ahead.
