With 10+ years of experience in alliances, I am a high-performing leader with a mission to help companies grow their partnerships through successful strategic initiatives, efficient operations and processes, programmes excellence and world-class enablement and experiences. In prior roles I have developed and implemented: operational mechanics and strategies; Salesforce and partner sales tracking tools; performance measurements for partners and partner management teams; purpose-built legal frameworks; partner programmes and partner portals; global third party due diligence and risk assessment models; multi-day enablement and networking events worldwide; templates and tools for GTM initiatives and business plans; and reporting tools and presentation templates used by senior executives, c-suite and board members. I have been successful at building and leading high-performing remote teams, as well as developing strong relationships with senior executives and c-suite internally and externally at a diverse range of partners around the globe. I am currently the South West UK Chapter Lead for Partnership Leaders - the largest global community of partnership peers at the top technology and service companies around the world share insights, learn, and grow. In my spare time I am passionate about travelling and connecting with individuals from different cultures, which helps me collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and partners from all backgrounds
