I've been working in IT since 2016 being a valuable team player with a focus on improving processes and quality of the product delivered to the customers, helping colleagues solve problems on the way. My main goal is to minimize the number of unsuccessful projects in IT building successful happy teams. By saying successful I mean valuable, because being on time, budget and scope doesn't necessarily deliver value to the client or end users and the product may still become a failure. I'm good at facilitating meetings and making them valuable (by deciding whether we need it in the 1st place, what's the agenda and what outcome we should have by the end of it). I have a gut feeling for seeing risks on a project and planning mitigation strategies. I help form teams by facilitating team buildings, Retrospectives and meetings where we define the borders of teams' self-management and what they are authorized to do. I have a record of helping team work on a technical debt by keeping a separate log while addressing it every sprint and refactoring litlle by little. I'm passionate about delivering value to the customer as well as my team and my company. Value for the customer is in the product, value for my team is in their being happy & successful working on a project, while value for my company will be in happy teams (retention rate) and happy client (positive reviews and long term cooperation). I believe in Scrum Values, that is of openness, courage, focus, commitment, respect plus trust is needed. I think, that for a company to be loved with the clients, it has to be loved by its employees first. As a Scrum Master I helped Product Owner to optimize Product Backlog, to communicate with the team, to establish a transparent relationship and regular feedback with stakeholders, to reduce waste, to validate the hypothesis, to help with Sprint Goalls. I have a vast life experience (nearly 6 years of living and working in the UK with multicultural teams) and I understand that we are all unique and good willed. And this belief is my starting point in any issue I come across with while working to deliver the value.
