As a seasoned academic and entrepreneurial leader with over 8 years of experience, I specialize in building robust startup ecosystems within academic institutions. My journey has been driven by a passion for fostering innovation and creating meaningful partnerships that enhance the educational landscape for students, professors, staff, and partners alike. Currently, I am the Co-founder of The Noiseless Trader, where I am a full-time market participant, leveraging my expertise in financial markets to drive growth and innovation. My passion for teaching and sharing knowledge about financial markets inspired the creation of The Noiseless Trader. I have developed a unique approach to identifying market trends using Renko and P&F charts from the noiseless chart family. These charts have repeatedly proven their ability to navigate non-trending periods and pinpoint ideal entry points before trends begin. My vision is to help retail market participants become better and more informed traders in the shortest possible time, and this website is a significant step in that direction. My previous roles include Head of Products at Elearnmarkets, Dean at Cresta School of Management, Science & Arts, and Director for Development & Operations at Rishihood University. In these positions, I have successfully led teams, developed impactful educational policies, and cultivated a thriving learning culture. My academic background includes a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University and a Master’s in Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing. I also had the privilege of working on a research project on 'Educational Innovations Bank: Decentralized Professional Development and Quality Enhancement in Public Schooling' under the guidance of Prof. Vijaya Sherry Chand at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). One of my notable achievements is playing a crucial role in developing the startup policies and frameworks for students at Gujarat Technological University, which included the GTU Student Startup Policy and procedures for GTU’s Technology and Business Incubator. With a commitment to education and entrepreneurship, I have delivered over 200 workshops, seminars, and talks at various organizations, inspiring and guiding the next generation of innovators.
