I have worked as a Category Manager for Animals Purchase in the Research and Development category. I was involved in commercial negotiations, contract negotiation and drafting of contracts, vendor management, stakeholder management, conducting QBR with suppliers and providing them necessary feedback on performance as and when it was necessary.
I was also part of implementation of our new contract management tool, right from the point of rolling out RFP to the potential service providers to contract negotiation with the supplier and played an important role of a champion in implementation of the tool and up to preparing a project plan of uploading all legacy contract documents in the tool.
