The Digital Onboarding project, spearheaded by the IT Department's EDP division at Sampath Bank, aims to revolutionize the account opening process by leveraging Microsoft Teams. This innovative initiative seeks to significantly reduce customer queue times at physical branches, enhancing overall service efficiency and accessibility.

As part of this project, I was tasked with conducting a thorough analysis of account opening timelines. Through this analysis, I was able to identify key areas where processing times could be optimized. Based on my findings, I proposed a series of solutions designed to expedite the account opening process and deliver a more streamlined customer experience.
