Freelancer Self employed staffing

I am a Freelance Recruiter specialized in sourcing manpower for Non-IT positions (Support functions ), for middle and senior management level niche profiles. 
Hiring 15 store managers in a single month for an F&V firm has been one achievement I wish to highlight. The highest position closed by me in my Talent Acquisition role, is that of a VP (HR) for a BPO firm.

My post graduate qualfication in Human Resources is  backed with two decade  long, diverse experience in the corporate sector as a Generalist HR as also a Talent Acquisition /Recruitment Specialist Role with an Executive Search Firm. 

Social networking, head hunting and referencing are the channels I follow for sourcing the right talent for niche positions. 

Content Writing is my hobby and I have a few published articles in newspapers and magazines as also some certificates and awards to my credit. I have experience of conducting Behavioural Training sessions in 3 Indian Languages. 

Blogging, freelance writing assignments and book editing jobs for authors are few other jobs I enjoy doing.

Reporting to the GM (HR) in corporate office in Navi Mumbai, I set up the HR department from scratch, for this organization of 250+ personnel, spread over 2 offices and 2 factories. 
I was responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities - Manpower planning, sourcing and selection of employees, organizing and conducting training programmes, record keeping, ISO certification audits, policy formulations.
I was also in the editorial board of the house magazine of the company.
