As Marketing Administrator I was responsible for supporting the admin functions of the Marketing Department and Sales Team.

Job Duties:
- Supported Brand Managers with new product and brand launches
- Conducted market research for wine and spirit brands
- Maintained website updates and changes
- Managed wine and spirit sample requests for new accounts, media influencers, professional publications, and wine competitions
- Implemented and created a new DropBox system and organization within the Marketing Department
- Assisted with National and Controlled Private Label bottle mock-ups
- Wrote wine tasting notes and technical sales sheets
- Created social media content for our National wine brand's Instagram and Facebook pages
- Increased social following by 100 for each brand page
- Attended and poured at wine events and tastings
- Set up private tastings for clients and special guests 
- Collaborate with various departments to create daily tasks and projects

Bear Republic Brewing Company

Assisted Bear Republic Marketing Department and Public Relations Coordinator with social media engagement techniques, event preparations, conducted market research and presented findings to the department, learned to manage websites such as Hootsuite, and performed in office tasks related to marketing.

Marketing & Public Relations Intern

During my 10 years working for Bear Republic, I was able to move up from Waitress to Restaurant Manager. 

Job Duties:
- Overseeing and managing staff in both front and back of house
- Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and safely 
- Assist, encourage, and uplift staff during busy shifts
- Implement restaurant policies and procedures to front and back of house
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Ensure team follows appropriate safety and sanitation regulations
- Making sure Alcohol Beverage Control regulation laws are being followed by staff

Restaurant Manager

In a busy restaurant located in a tourist destination, successfully multitasking in a fast paced environment and working under pressure are some of the most important skills I have gained. I have also continued to gain knowledge on beer styles, and the brewing process. Being knowledgeable on what one is selling is a very important aspect of my job that I take seriously. 

Furthermore, I efficiently take customers' orders and always try to anticipate their wants and needs in order to deliver exceptional customer service. Maintaining consistent communication with co-workers, management, and as well as customers has helped me be able to adjust and work with multiple personality types.

Primitivo PR

Primitivo PR is the student-run PR firm within the Communications department, at Sonoma State University. As the Co-General Manager, I get to help lead, plan and organize the task given to the students involving Public Relations. Following general classroom lessons and assignments, I also get to help the students gain "real life" hands-on experience with actual clients. I oversee all of my peers as well as their assigned clients sought out by myself, and the additional Co-General manager. This position has given me leadership and management experience, as well as hands-on experience in Public Relations.

Through Sonoma States Public Relations Firm, I was an account assistant to the Student Peer Advising client account. Underneath Primitivo's administration, I created client proposals and content regarding Student Peer Advising at SSU. As account assistant, I also created a more clear and specific plan for Student Peer Advising, as well as setting goals for the future while also maintaining short term objectives.

Brown-Forman

During my 3 month internship with Brown-Forman, I worked on a project with the Northern Region Sales team, and their distribution company Young's Market, called "The Account Qualifications Project." While working on this project, I was able to identify the 50 most influential wine and spirit accounts in 9 major metropolitan cities is California. Within my time working on this project I researched and familiarized myself with many sources such as Yelp, Zagat, TripAdvisor, Open Table, SF Gate, and blog posts. Lastly, I created a methodology plan on how I tackled this project, and presented weekly findings to the Brown-Forman Sales Team, and their distributor Young's Market. 

Working for Brown-Forman taught me the process and purposes of working hand in hand with our distributing company.  The many projects and researching that goes into why we distribute our spirits in a specific region, and why we chose the accounts we distribute to are of the many steps the sales and distribution team take in order to have a successful company.

Through dedication and a love for public relations, I've worked my way from an assistant role to now Director of Public Relations at Nuvolum. 

With 6+ years of gaining experience in both an in-house and agency setting, I've led and managed brand reputations, content creation, digital storytelling, influencer relations strategies, thought leadership, and implemented and drove media relations efforts for healthcare, B2B, B2C, and tech industries.
