Senior GTM Enablement Manager

In August 2022, Rev lost their Revenue Operations lead. I partnered with Rev's engineering team and IT team to rebuild Rev's SFDC instance.

Revenue Operations & Enablement Manager

In February 2022, I became a Sales Enablement team of one, running all things Sales Enablement, Process & Strategy.

After identifying a lack of process, I took it upon myself to audit the current state of Rev's GTM motion and effectively rebuild their Go-To-Market strategy.

Responsibilities included:
- Auditing the current state of the GTM org
- Building out an Outbound Motion program
- Curated Outbound Motion content
- Partnered with the Systems team to ensure metrics were accurately tracking in SFDC
- Ran the Outbound Motion Pilot with a subset of 12 sales reps ranging from SDR to Sales
- Facilitated trainings across all sales teams
- Trained & tracked adoption of sales tech stack, including Outreach.io, ZooInfo, Sales Navigator, Gong, SFDC, CLM, etc
- Built out workflows for both, the Outbound Motion and the Sales Motion (w/ LucidChart)
- Built and managed the project plan for both the Outbound Motion and the Sales Motion

In 1.5 quarters we increased meetings booked by 120% and we doubled pipeline creation

As Nexmo's Sales Enablement Manager, I work with the global sales organization (APAC, EMEA, NAMER, LATAM), including Sales Development, Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers.

Responsibilities included:
- Supporting the global sales organization (~170 employees)
- Curating, planning and facilitating Nexmo's New Hire Sales Bootcamp
- Managing technology stack :: Includes evaluating, purchasing, implementation, onboarding and ongoing support
- Working cross-functionally with sales, sales operations, product marketing, demand generation and recruiting
- Creating new hire & ongoing training materials - recordings, documentation & live sessions
- Curate and maintain Nexmo's sales intranet

The ability to leverage relationships efficiently and at scale is vital for the sales reps of today.  LinkedIn's sales solution, Sales Navigator, is at the forefront of the charge into social selling.

I was responsible for ensuring current clients optimized LinkedIn's Sales Navigator, renewed their current contracts, as well as expanded their current LinkedIn Sales Navigator footprint.  By learning the sales challenges my clients faced on a day to day, I was able to act as an extension of their team and consult them on the best way to leverage LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to drive pipeline.

Organizing a music festival is hard work, but who said hard work wasn't fun?  I went into the office twice a week to help organize and create High Sierra Music Festival.  Contacting band managers, writing up contracts and updating flyers were only the tip of the iceberg.  The creativity flowed as I worked side by side with website designers to create a website that illuminated the beauty of High Sierra Music Festival.  Once July came, it was time to experience what we had finally put together!
