There is real power in ONE. One smile, one act of kindness, one choice, one win, one word, one touch, one focus, one habit, one person...can change a life forever. Wellness makes my heart sing. All types of wellness; physical, emotional, mental, financial, and environmental. All are necessary to create and maintain harmony and balance in life. I help people create their own legacy of wellness. Healthy living doesn't have to be hard. It doesn't have to be expensive. A little education and a simple choice can make all the difference. Often, it is simply changing ONE little habit at a time. My serious work life began as a teacher. My sweet husband of 40+ years was a teacher and he encouraged me to go into education. It was a good fit for a number of years and I especially loved teaching reading to my young students. For me, the joy went out of teaching when teachers began to lose autonomy in the classroom. Through shear dumb luck, I stumbled onto a marketing partnership that has changed my life. That ONE decision has made all the difference. I am blessed to work with a wonderful team of talented people and our company growth has consistently opened doors for additional collaborators. My work has brought so many interesting people and experiences into my life. I believe in the power of connection and networking. My family is my greatest joy!
