- Control and coordinate all aspects of a leasing transaction; including prospecting, 
marketing, negotiating, structuring proposals and closing
- Lead initiative of leasing Novel’s newest product within the business
- Consistently achieve 100-150% of sales quota

Regional Sales Manager

As a CM, I fully manage and operate an office center, with an on-site assistant, effectively running my own business. Responsibilities include: 

- Increased occupancy from 0 to 95% over a 2 year time period
- Oversee local area marketing and networking both online and in-person to drive leads
- Lease office space, control vacancy levels, and collect rents 
- Deliver great service by constantly exceeding client expectations 
- Maintain physical operations and building upkeep on-site personally and through assisting in hiring and managing relationships with third party service providers 
- Resolve client issues/concerns and delight clients by being proactive and responsive to client 
- Analyze financials such as P&L statements for the property and responsible for driving financial results 
- Create and develop upgrades to services being provided by Level in an effort to constantly exceed client expectations 
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly reports on sales, financials, marketing, and occupancy status by using Excel & QuickBooks 
- Enhance building and brand reputation through networking needs and requests
