I lead a team of project and program operations experts all focused on delivering business-critical processes, marketing communications, support, data and services to internal and external stakeholders engaging with the Haas MBA Career Management Group.

My role extends across all 3 MBA programs and the global alumni population, and I'm constantly looking for ways to ensure that our resources are deployed in the best ways to facilitate MBAs and recruiters making great connections.

Data, metrics, communications and compliance are what I own, drive and safeguard.  Having worked in all aspects of the MBA recruiting life cycle; from recruiter and HR manager to relationship manager and career advisor, I provide a unique perspective to my team and my colleagues, and leverage this subject matter expertise to constantly improve the ways in which companies and candidates find each other.

Role highlights:
 - Led strategic rebranding of departmental marketing materials to drive conversion of prospects to admitted students.
 - Pitched business case and budget for vendor platform migration, and project managed all aspects of user training, data cleaning and migration, system configuration and launch during a global pandemic.
- Proposed new operational support business model to better align resources with functional teams, and led cross-training and employee support during reorganisation.
- Acknowledged industry expert in career management operations, having provided consulting to peer schools on aspects of technology and data management, business-to-student communications, employer engagement strategies, and internal talent management and retention.

Responsible for delivering and developing career services programming and coaching support to MBA students in the 2-year Full-Time program.

 - Assessed existing course programming for LinkedIn and online research training, completely redesigned classroom learning objectives, and rolled out new 3-part series to first and second year students.  Improved student satisfaction ratings for all modules.

 - Served as a coaching partner to Investment Banking students and professional club.  Provided guidance on educational programming, company visit planning and execution, and employer engagement.  Positioned self as the trusted advisor to students seeking careers in Investment Banking and created successful model for collaboration with Employer Relations colleagues.

 - Leveraged global expertise to improve existing services provided to international students, including orientation materials and coaching methods. Provided advice to colleagues on recruiting trends and norms in EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.

Hybrid role encompassing both MBA career planning and Employer Relations/Business Development.

Responsible for career management and advisory services to international MBA student body, with focus on Luxury, FMCG, Finance and Not For Profit Sectors. 

Designed and delivered Career Management core curriculum modules in Networking Using LinkedIn and Recruiting in Asia and the US.

Geographic responsibility for recruiting partner development  and relationship management in Americas, Asia and Middle East.

Conceptualised and delivered inaugural Dubai Consulting Student Trek, connecting MBA students with potential employers in Middle East; now an annual event for the students. 

Managed outsource partnerships with vendors covering Investment Banking career content education. Designed school's strategy for Finance Curriculum to prepare students for careers in Investment Banking - the Dean's key initiative.

Represented HEC Paris at MBA CSEA Global Conference in 2011 and 2012. Presented to industry peers on challenges of supporting and coaching international students and recruiting trends outside of the US.

Highlight - built Africa MBA recruiting strategy to support global new business vertical launch., Partnered with in-country HR to attract, onboard and retain new leadership pipeline talent in target markets, including South Africa, UAE, Angola, Nigeria, and Maghreb Africa.

2 - Organisation & Staffing Manager EMEA (Commercial - Sales & Marketing) - responsible for co-ordination of central sales & marketing talent assessment and succession planning across GE's EMEA business units. Presented to Global CMO and EMEA Senior Leadership team on commerical talent pipeline in region.

Highlight - as a strategic HR partner to the commercial business leads, I facilitated EMEA talent reviews and career path development for mid-level sales and marketing MBA talent.

 - Designed and developed customer engagement and retention strategies in partnership with regional and in-store leadership teams

 - Created and delivered training sessions and supporting materials to ensure clients met compliance standards for the sale and promotion of insurance products. Met all nationally-instituted metrics and requirements across regions and stores
