I was in charge of growing the SaaS mapping platform. I delivered web mapping solutions for many industries based on our NMaps Engine mapping platform for B2B, B2C, and Enterprise clients (maps, dashboards, forms, SDK, Server, base maps). As a result of my vision and product strategy, we have created an innovative map platform on the market for creating maps and map applications, which are being used by dozens of companies and institutions. I worked closely with a cross-functional, empowered team (Front-end/Back-end/Design/Sales). I focused on improving software quality through market research, hypothesis verification, and ideas validation with users.

I planned the building of SaaS software according to Scrum with the product team. I was responsible for creating a product roadmap, managed backlog, and adjusting tasks to sprints. I formed concepts of applications based on the built map platform. I communicate with customers, collect and refine business requirements.  I dealt with the realization implementation projects, establishing business contacts, and market analysis.

I was one of the originators and co-owner of the start-up mapli.io application for visualizing spatial data on maps in a subscription model. I managed the building and development of the application from prototyping to market launch.

I have participated in software development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support in dozens of public administration units. I have provided substantive consultations and training.

I am an ambitious and skilled Product Manager who focuses on delivering high-quality solutions to clients. I have long and practical experience in IT (+ 10 years) in building and implementing software in many positions.

What gets measured gets managed - thus, most of all, I try to make decisions on data first. I am curious to build new digital products and discover how they bring value to clients. I am a detail-oriented person who wants to look at any problem from multiple points of view. 

In my free time, I am a big fan of mountain hiking and maps.
