Initiated the company’s first human resources function, working alongside management to establish/improve and formalize processes such as training & development, payroll, recruiting and policy development.

★ Key Accomplishments ★

● Promoted into a leadership role within 5 months of starting. 
● Re-designed, implemented and facilitated onboarding program for new employees, resulting in 
significantly higher initial buy-in and overall job satisfaction.  
● Designed and implemented training on workflow automation software, InfusionSoft, for entire company. 
● Member of leadership team responsible for organizational development initiatives, including the 
development of the mission, core values and improved communication structures through 
implementation of one on one meetings.   
● Recruited and hired of 60% of our current office staff, including the hiring for 2 new departments.

Previously a Production Manager (April 2016 - September 2016)

Responsible for managing the monthly creation of 35 + advertisements in Texasliving magazine  by coordinating with clients and designers to build a client’s brand.  In this position I demonstrated excellent customer service  and conflict resolution skills
