KC John is the Director and Professor at Faculty of Management of Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research (Deemed-to-be University), Chennai. He was Distinguished Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at Great Lakes Institute of Management between 2013 and 2020. Prior to this, he was associated with technology start-ups - AGNITY Technologies, GENBAND, BayPackets Technologies, Qualcomm, JobsDB and River Run Software Group between 1995 and 2013. Between 1987 and 1994, John worked as Sustainable Development Specialist at the World Bank and the Ford Foundation. Dr. John’s research interests are in entrepreneurship, innovative and sustainable businesses and institution building. He mentors first generation of entrepreneurs.
