FreeCharge

Voice of the product teams to external stakeholders and voice of the customers/partners to the internal product team to drive growth and revenue objectives of the company. Some key responsibilities included: 

> Developed  the go-to-market strategy and launched the payments product - FreeCharge Mobile Wallet.
> Basis data insights and feedback from external stakeholders, conceptualised new product offerings, capabilities and distribution channels.
> Led effort to identify new business categories for expansion. Launched utility bill payments, metro rail smart card recharges and Google Play recharge codes. 
> Worked with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, engineers, marketing, PR and compliance to launch new products, capabilities and marketing campaigns.
> Created product marketing programs, online tools,  product pitch decks and other marketing assets for multiple partners / product initiatives.
> Identified and negotiated brand partnerships for growth driven joint marketing programs.
> Creating business case and monitoring ROI for various high impact campaigns.
> Part of planning teams for creating annual operating plans, monthly / quarterly budgets, target setting, business forecasts, prioritising product roadmap and other strategic initiatives.  
> Captured market share to become #2 mobile wallet payments company in the country with over 100,000 merchants onboarded as payment partners.
> Managed a team consisting of business development, key account managers and product marketing team members.

Wishberg focuses on high indulgence categories like Travel, Automobiles, Real Estate, Electronics & Gadgets. Wishberg allows them to connect with each other and enable social buying or social sharing of experiences. Consumer Experiences are localized, presently available for about 200 cities across 12 countries.

> Sourced new investment opportunities and independently led deal process with support from senior team members

Idea Cellular Limited [NSE:IDEA] is the telecom venture of the Aditya Birla Group. I worked with the Enterprise Business team reporting to the business head and Chief Marketing Officer. My responsibilities centered around product and business development. I was responsible for understanding the enterprise requirements and translating them into products. Provided inputs for based on market trends, cutomer feedback, competition activities and MIS to formulate business strategy.  I was a part of various cross functional teams for new product development and implementation and liaisoned with senior management for new product launches.
