Milwaukee Short Film Festival

•	Assessed areas of opportunity for the film festival and measured festival-goer satisfaction by creating a survey system for post-festival engagement.
•	Represented the film festival and its initiatives on news and radio appearances as well as created talking points for the festival director; wrote press releases to secure publicity.
•	Secured media and corporate sponsorships for the festivals and created new community sponsorships. Continuing to grow the Milwaukee Short Film Festival and Voices Heard brands.
•	Achieved growth of social media engagement within first year of hire.
•	Curated social media accounts for Milwaukee Short Film Festival and Voices Heard, a local showcase for filmmakers of color.
