I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioural Science focusing on the following research areas: +social psychology +brain and behaviour +personality +abnormal psychology +social problems +motivation and emotion +research methods +shock poverty +interpersonal communication +cultural psychology My education, along with personal experiences, has driven me to dive into the world of researching and advocating for the development of emotional intelligence and resilience in children and families. From parenting my own children to supporting the CEO to building my own business, healthy systems of relationships and environments are my motivation. I care deeply about supporting and influencing others in a positive, intentional way in order to promote harmonious community in the world. I have a wide range of work and volunteer experience in the fields of hospitality, non-profits, community and family impact, health and wellness, athletic development, community supports and research for long-term medical treatment. I’m interested in helping people experience amazing things in life. At this time, that looks like getaways to refocus and reconnect, and sorting out the dysfunction of a home that’s not sleeping well. It doesn’t really matter WHAT the work/industry/product is.
