Support K-12 Director to build and maintain one of few prestigious high school technical theatre programs in the country. Assist & collaborate with resident Technical Director and contractors in preparation/operation of productions with 5-200 performers in multiple indoor and outdoor venues. Create systems and procedures to maintain and continually improve innovative work environment as well as bespoke performance venues. Oversee communication with students via Google Workspace and Moodle LMS, and communication amongst staff team via Zoom & Microsoft Office. Lead student crews of 8-12 to host 15 full-scale productions per year in varying capacities including theatre, dance, and music, as well as events such as open house, awards ceremonies and arts festivals. Train and advise students on industry standard production software/hardware for lights (Chroma-Q: VISTA), projection (QLAB), sound (AVID ProTools), and design (VectorWorks). Mentor students to have proactive attitudes, controlled and quick reactions, give confident evaluation, and to implement effective solutions to fulfill the requirements of projects and productions.
