I work with teams. I help HRs to build great teams with meaningful and impactful team building workshops. I am a Team Building Facilitator for leadership teams, a Corporate Trainer, and a proud first-generation entrepreneur with a rich experience of 10+ years in the field. Corporate Compass is the name of the organization which I lead. We design and execute Team Building interventions, and conduct workshops to help enhance the work relationships between employees and improve the performance of the teams, which in turn, help in organizational development and growth. We integrate facilitation techniques with realistic simulations, gamification, and activities, which have a desired impact and lasting impression. Our workshops are programmed to develop effective leadership and fine tune team coordination which helps enhance team capability, skills, and competencies. Personally, I have worked with more 600+ corporates and reputed global companies, like Cipla, DBS Bank, General Mills, HDFC Bank, Accenture, ILF group, LinkedIn, Asian Paints, JP Morgan, Glenmark Pharma, Bajaj Finance, Deloitte and Maersk Tankers, to name a few. The client list of Corporate Compass is bigger than this. Though both, Corporate Compass and I, have had a pivotal but extraordinary journey until now, our vivid dreams & ambitious goals for the future make it all the more exciting and motivating. My Mission is to help organizational teams achieve their true potential by using the power of Experiential Learning! My Vision is to become a live example of 360-degree growth inspirer, delivering keynote speeches at world forums, and leading the creation of multiple businesses for employment generation. When I am not working, I love to read or travel, as I believe that ‘Life is an exciting adventure and one should live life to the fullest!’
