NIC is the nation's leading provider of official government web sites, online services, and secure payment processing solutions providing eGovernment solutions for more than 3,000 federal, state and local agencies.

Responsibilities included developing and executing marketing strategies for complex Internet products to promote www.TN.gov - The Official Web Site of the State of Tennessee.  Managed the development and maintenance for over 150 interactive online applications, working with over 23 state agencies.

Developed $100M corporate brand advertising strategies to include celebrity endorsements, TV, radio, print, OOH, Internet and direct marketing. Managed all sports marketing sponsorships, totaling $100M.
