As a thoughtful, innovative, collaborative, strategic leader and team member, I am always seeking new connections and ways to innovate. This LinkedIn introduction is one that is time tested, qualitative, and ultimately a snapshot into my greatest assets. Two of my greatest mentors once said to me individually “you are a synthetic thinker,” and “it is hard for a fish to see the water it is swimming in.” That is how I position myself to strive to honor and yet see beyond culture and into systems. I connect dots that once seemed isolated, and I analyze process and solutions naturally. Most often you will find me at an intersection of some kind in thought leadership, practical implementation, and visioning new concepts that add value across systems and businesses—internal and external. As a natural polymath, my hope is to bridge disciplines and perspectives in meaningful ways, translate ideas for diverse audiences, quantify whenever possible, and prioritize lifelong learning as a foundation for curating skills that can be stitched together in each opportunity to collaborate. I enjoy driving solutions that account for people and process improvements, designing scalable systems, and driving strategies for thoughtful implementation. I also like to make jokes. Occasionally, they are even funny.
