Native to the Texas Medical Center, Houston is my home. In order to pursue a Divine path to purpose, community is key to my craft. As an Aquarian-Pisces cusp, I have a passion for a variety of topics, ranging from psychology and public health to dynamic visualization and ultrasonic soundscapes. A fun fact about my middle name is that it has a few different spellings – including ‘Xīn (辛)’ and ‘Chéng (成)’ – translating to the word ‘victory’ in English. I have a deep love for contemporary pop culture, and grew up as an artist and instrumentalist. In short: I’ve been coined a ‘Jack of all trades, master of none.’ With a multidisciplinary background enriched by diverse international experiences, I represent all — not one. As a University of Houston alumnus, I was accepted into Pepperdine University in 2023 for a Master of Arts in Social Entrepreneurship and Change, but had to withdraw due to a health crisis following a fire. This year, I will focus on pursuing a remote Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Global Leadership and Change in Malibu, California. My family’s strong philanthropic legacy in the community has profoundly shaped my commitment to drive transformative social change. I believe that individual efforts can ignite significant and positive transformations. Inspired by my great uncle, Dr. Robert J. Terry, former President of Texas Southern University, and my father, the former Assistant Vice President for Human Resources and Public Safety, I am dedicated to upholding the mantle. Ultimately, I aspire to be a transformative force, changing the world with each new pursuit.
