Senior Account Manager

In this role, I manage a portfolio of digital PPC campaigns for clients across the globe, personally managing over £4+ Million in ad spend per year.

Duties Include: 

- Taking complete ownership of client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for our clients, building a positive relationship as the representative for the company
- Managing, overseeing, and guiding any communication to clients ensuring timely responses and clear, consistent communication
- Project managing the output of junior team members, ensuring that the highest possible standards are met
- PPC campaign set-up, including tracking implementation and ad copywriting
- Delivering against client objectives and exceeding them with best-in-class campaign optimisation & management
- Communicating to and briefing our in-house designers for any client ad creatives
- Management of client, including initial client onboarding and ongoing communication
- Presenting strategy, plans and post-campaign analysis to clients
- Identifying key areas for growth

Common Coffee

In this role, I was responsible for the daily upkeep and creation of content for all social media accounts associated with Common Coffee (@iicommon, @mayvncafe, @abbeys_edinburgh). Additionally, I was tasked with generating and implementing overarching digital marketing strategy across social media, email marketing and ppc advertising through Facebook ads. 

I also assisted in the roastery with e-commerce preparing orders for dispatch, managing stock levels and liasing with vendors.
