- Planned and carried out needs assessment for Men's and Women's 7s Rugby Team in collaboration with team management and high performance team (e.g. SnC Coach, Physiotherapist, Psychologist)
- Established simple nutrition protocol for players surrounding training and match day
- Conducted series of nutrition-related talks and a cooking demo for players and coaches
- Developed resources on various nutrition related topics (e.g. supplement use, fuelling for sport, competition day nutrition etc.)
- Provided input on suitability of pre-packed meals and nutrition supplement use in discussion with team sponsors
- Provided match-day assistance with hydration and fuelling

- Providing medical nutrition therapy to patients across various clinical disciplines in both inpatient and outpatient settings 
- Developed an array of resources (e.g. clinical practice guidelines, education materials, PowerPoint slides, handouts, infographic) for patient education, professional development and media platforms
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professions in a multi-disciplinary team setting to optimize patient care and currently leading a quality improvement project on improving the serving of oral nutrition supplements at the ward level.
