The first 15 years of my career I unknowingly would build the blueprint to create the most exciting and fulfilling thing I’ve done in my career yet: Help early stage CEOs with strategies to attain and retain corporate clients to accelerate their startup growth. I’ve taken all the lessons, experience and hard knocks – the wins and the headwinds – and created a methodology incorporating value based, empathetic communication techniques, human centered sales process design, into sales people and processes while improving efficiency, and repeatability for scale. Value communication is no longer enough to secure and retain, or defend pricing in a competitive market. It’s about gaining the insight into how customers perceive your value on an ongoing basis. That’s what allows us to close and retain customers more effectively. So with my hands on leadership and sales experience selling to CEOs and Executives spanning solutions selling, strategic account management, enterprise sales, talent recruitment and global subscription renewals, paired with my background in human design thinking, Masters in Business Administration, and personal affection for working smarter versus harder, I was ready to use all of these skills at once. ➡️I was able to begin consulting in a Fractional CRO capacity for female led startups to advise on Founder-led sales Additionally, I packaged up all the tips, tricks and strategic selling I've learned in my first 15 years and founded The Scale School, the #1 membership-based platform supporting female founders specifically in B2B sales through sales training, coaching, expert speakers, and community. In my spare time, I reside in Midtown Atlanta with my husband, lab mix puppy, and volunteer at my local YMCA as a Board Member to support program experiences for families in my area, and serve on The University of Georgia's Women of UGA Alumni Committee.
