With over three years of experience in product and project management, I currently support and execute the product strategy and development process at Lazarus Naturals. I coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely delivery, and quality standards for our products. I also manage Asana projects and tasks for Product and Marketing teams, and serve as a subject matter expert for all our products while maintaining accurate documentation of product data and specifications. I am passionate about health, fitness, and holistic wellness, and I hold a PN1-NC certification from Precision Nutrition. I have a competitive athletic background in gymnastics, springboard diving, CrossFit, and Olympic weightlifting, and I have learned from various experts in the wellness field. I spend most of my free time outdoors, at the gym, or continuing my education thanks to talented friends and colleagues that practice nutrition/dietetics, strength and conditioning, acupuncture, and chiropractic.
