I’m an Executive Coach, Podcast Host, Speaker, award-winning Marketer, and the Founder & CEO of Career Slay®. After beating breast cancer while pregnant during the pandemic in 2020, I realized that my purpose is to motivate people to live their lives authentically. I do this by helping high performers courageously develop their careers and become the fearless leaders they were meant to be. Prior to launching Career Slay, I was a seasoned marketer that was passionate about building brands that touched people’s lives every day. In my previous role as the Director of Brand Marketing for Avocados From Mexico, I led iconic Super Bowl campaigns, architected SXSW brand activations, and launched a Sprinkles Dark Chocolate Avocado cupcake nationally. With over 13+ years of both advertising agency and corporate branding experience, I’ve worked on iconic brands like Frito-Lay, Doritos, Chick-Fil-A, Central Market, GameStop, Tombstone Pizza, and DiGiorno. The creative campaigns I’ve worked on have won Reggies, Effies, and chart-topped the USA Today Ad Meter. In 2023, I won the Brand Innovators’ 40 Under 40 Award (Southeast Region) and have spoken at several marketing industry conferences such as Adweek’s Brandweek, Digital Summit, and MediaPost Summits. In 2024, I joined the board for the American Marketing Association DFW Chapter as the EVP of Strategy and Insights. I have an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Marketing and Industrial Design. Additionally, I am currently pursuing an ICF ACC credential.
