With over 15 years of experience in leadership, customer service and logistics management, I am currently the Associate Director of Aftermarket Sales and Customer Experience at Pratt & Whitney — a global leader in aerospace. In this role, I oversee the aftermarket repair sales & customer experience team for commercial engine customers worldwide. I use my skills in leadership, relationship management, data analytics and process improvement to increase customer satisfaction and exceed our sales objectives. Previously, I was the Global Warehouse Senior Manager supporting the F135 engine for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. I led a team of 18 professionals across seven global warehouses, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of spare parts and services to support the global fleet of F-35 aircraft. I’m a mental health advocate with a passion for promoting wellness and resilience in the workplace which is reflected in my leadership style. Last year, I completed a certification in Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queen's University. I enjoy coaching and mentoring my team and colleagues.
