With over seven years of experience in various digital roles, I have developed and honed my skills in research, machine learning, transcription, and communication. I am currently a working leader at Pratt & Whitney, a global leader in aerospace and aviation, where I am responsible for maintaining work schedules, conducting overtime solicitation, and advising others about department policies and procedures for the third shift. I am also a certified security officer and a training instructor for the MOAB program, which teaches employees how to manage aggressive behavior and de-escalate conflicts. Additionally, I am pursuing my doctorate in business administration and management at Franklin University, where I am researching how to improve the lives of remote workers and the candidate experience of internal applicants in large businesses.
