Kelly leads the design of the P&G North America Commerce Innovation Center, in a marriage of her career experiences in Sales, Design and Technology.  This center is a signature element in P&G's portfolio of Retail Sales and Operations business partnership tools, focused on what's next in the CPG industry and our categories; engaging partners C-Suite to Buyer.  

In this role, Kelly leads a cross-functional, internal and external team, consisting of experts from design agencies, construction and construction management, and audio-visual technologists, in addition to P&G Sales, Design, Finance and Product Supply.  

Kelly also leads the partnerships between the Innovation Center and our Categories' leadership, to ensure we're adding strategic value to their short- and long-term business objectives via the center.

Director, North America Commerce Innovation

Kelly rounded out her CPG experience and business portfolio in a retailer-facing Sales role within P&G, leading the Category Management resources across the Meijer Customer Team.   She was responsible for categories totaling $1.4 billion in sales, and her team’s recommendations led to 9% growth of P&G’s business and 3% growth for Meijer’s business.  Kelly also served as the Senior Account Executive, Category Management, for P&G Family Care brands at Meijer, and short-term as the Senior Account Executive, Selling, for the same business.  

During this 2-year tenure, she managed a team of 7 Category Managers, with a rotation that included 12 new hires.  She continued to lead the Meijer Team’s New Hire Onboarding initiative, responsible for the onboarding of over 30 new hires in the span of 4 years.

Kelly received the Progressive Grocer Magazine’s Top Women in Grocery  ~ Rising Star award in 2019, as well as numerous internal awards during this role.

P&G Sales ~ Category Management Team Leader, Meijer Customer Team

In her time as the Senior Account Executive fostering P&G North America Baby Care' retail business with Meijer, Kelly grew the P&G business at Meijer by 7%, and was awarded Meijer's 2016-17 Vendor of the Year award, Softlines.  In this role she led P&G and category growth via creative selling propositions, a stunning baby department in-store design reinvention and keen, authentic, results-focused partnerships. The Meijer organization noted that Kelly's team was the "best P&G Baby Team ever".  Kelly also received numerous internal selling awards in this role.

Kelly also co-founded the P&G North America Sales Experienced Hire Network during this time, as well as initiated and led the Meijer Customer Team Onboarding Program.  As this team consisted of 75% new hires to P&G Sales, quickly onboarding them to provide dramatic value to Meijer and to P&G was critical.
