Manage multiple customer/accounts; combining sales with customer service

Vice President

Miller Personnel- Miller Staffing

General Office Administration. Handle high volume of incoming calls on a multi line telephone system. Enter applicant information into internal data base. Utilized many software applications such as Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel to produce a wide range of documents. Greet applicants and give Employment Applications verifying identification to accurately fill out required forms such as the I-9. Filing, Scanning, and Assisting Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable department in variety of tasks such as checking invoices. Represent company on Dept. of Labor Unemployment hearings and fill out any requested paper work for the Department of Labor Unemployment.  Placement activities: Drafting, updating and modifying job descriptions. Placing jobs to be advertised in different jobs networking sites. Review resumes. Sourcing and tracking of candidates by using an internal database. Perform screening and interviews of applicants to determine if they are qualified for the open positions. Administer testing procedures for all qualified candidate. Maintain documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database. Upholding exceptional customer service levels and providing exceptional candidate experiences, even at times of high volume.  Market to clients via telephone, mail, as well as conduct in-person meetings, for the purpose of marketing employment services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
