Spearheaded paid media creative strategy and UGC production of hundreds of asserts on a weekly cadence for Meta, TikTok, and Google. These campaigns regularly received 6-7 figures in ad spend and offered a significant ROAS. Dozens of those ads are still running in present day (2024).

One of her most notable accomplishments was a script she wrote for multiple creator personas to follow. Her goal was to open up a completely new and untapped audience (Gen-zers and Zillennials who want to prioritize their health but aren't interested in hearing "weight loss"). KPI call-outs include (but are not limited to):
— The cheapest CPCs in the entire account. Along with being the top performer for new customer ROAS. With a 1.92% CTR, which is the highest in the account.
— Between August 2022 & January 2023, one of the UGC creator's ads following Kelly's script received over two million dollars in ad spend with an incredibly profitable ROAS (still running).

Director of Creative Strategy

Created thousands of paid media assets from start to finish with 100% autonomy, that generated close to 100 million dollars in revenue for the company during this three year partnership. Performance was so good, they left TubeScience to work with Kelly exclusively. 

The top 18 historical performing ads from 2021 were all Kelly’s - receiving 85% of that year's ad spend (totaling to $12.6 million), generating 45+ million in revenue in less than 12 months. With an average CTR of 1.1% (high of 2%) and average ROAS of 3.56 (high of 6.05).

Kelly and her partner Shane launched their proof of concept round entirely self-funded in January 2021 for 12 months, totaling $50k. Since closing their proof of concept round, business operations have paused as they consider strategic investors to re-launch and scale appropriately. 

In the first 6 months, accomplishments include being approached by multiple individual investors offering up to half a million dollars in seed funding, Shark Tank for a possible investment opportunity, United Airlines for a nationwide activation, and a publicly traded holding company interested in an acquisition.
