As a GenAI Marketing Enthusiast (GME), I use my excitement to help drive the adoption and use of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools and solutions across the marketing organization and to external stakeholders. I am passionate about GenAI and its potential to transform various domains and industries with its creative and innovative capabilities. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, excitement, and insights about GenAI with different audiences, and I love learning from the users' and customers' feedback and experiences. I am always looking for new ways to leverage GenAI to create value and solve problems, and I am excited to be part of the GenAI revolution.

Some of the things I have done as a GME are:

Start and manage a WebEx channel for sharing GenAI use cases in marketing, as well as fails and successes, to help accelerate learning and collaboration among my peers. Over 60 people have joined the WebEx chat to share examples of using GenAI for various marketing tasks and challenges and received over 85 comments and reactions from colleagues.

Participate in leadership committees that have produced a marketing GenAI hackathon, where marketers were invited to showcase skills and creativity in using GenAI for various marketing challenges; 125 marketers participated, generating 25 use cases for using GenAI in marketing. Contribute to ongoing GenAI leadership as part of the global account-based marketing accelerator initiative. 

Lead a webinar on using GenAI in real-time to manage mental health, Empowering Minds: AI for Mental Well-being. I covered challenges faced at work, including work-related stress, anxiety, and time management issues. I highlighted the role of AI in offering practical solutions and strategies to address these challenges. The webinar was presented to People with Disabilities ERG members (employee resource group); the offering received positive feedback and ratings.

Self-Appointed GenAI Marketing Enthusiast (GME)

Part of a Forrester Research-recognized ABM-award winning team. Responsible for:

Creating a set of account-based marketing programs that are tailored to segments of both individual healthcare organizations, as well as groups of healthcare organizations with similar business models and challenges

Partnering with sales to arm them with the right message, content and tools needed to activate the program strategy through their own outreach efforts to target accounts

Collaborating with fellow regional marketers on lessons learned and best practices to continually challenge the status quo and improve the regional marketing model

Analyzing programs and organizations to actively leverage insights with sales and channel stakeholders to course correct and optimize results

Within the first 90 days on the job, using agile-marketing methodology, launched a campaign 60% quicker than the benchmark, including receiving high satisfaction ratings from the managing director of the healthcare and lifesciences sales team

Within the first 6 months on the job, increased top customer account awareness with 27% better LinkedIn CTR, 194% more visits to Pega.com and a 10% increase in customer-sales engagement

I am a mental health vulnerability advocate who helps people embrace their true selves and live authentically. I believe that authenticity and vulnerability are the keys to happiness, fulfillment, and well-being. I have experienced the challenges of hiding behind a mask of perfectionism and the liberation of breaking free from it. I now use my voice and platform to share my own stories and insights on mental health and authenticity and to inspire others to do the same. I also promote the value of openness and honesty in mental health conversations, and I advocate for a culture of compassion, support, and inclusion for people who struggle with mental health problems, especially in the workplace. By embracing vulnerability, we can create a more empathetic and supportive society for everyone.

Kelly’s main role is as a CEO, Chief Encouragement and Excitement Officer. One of her gifts is to encourage others, and she absolutely finds the most joy and fun in doing this. Even before knowing that being an encourager was an official spiritual gift of hers, she started a celebration movement called #PoolNoodleWave.

While you may be lucky enough to see Kelly wave a pool noodle in celebration of you, you can more actively find her sharing celebrating neurodiversity while kicking the mental health stigma to the curb.

Kelly is also passionate about healthcare communications and marketing, where she has 15 years of experience across clinical trial patient recruitment, federal and local public health government, national health system performance improvement and Build for Change technology with the top 10 U.S. health plan payers. Kelly has certifications in ITSMA Account-Based Marketing, Pragmatic Marketing, Agile Marketing and FEMA Incident Command Systems.
 
In her free time, Kelly enjoys playing board games with her son and husband, hiking, water-based activities, writing and ninja nation training. She shares one of her proudest moments was being brave enough to complete her first-ever “death-defying” sprint triathlon in 2019 with her (3x Ironman) twin brother and 60+ year old father.
