- Advise and Counsel youth age 14-24 who need career and education assistance, helping individuals with obtaining employment through taking the next step in education, training or a new career path.

WIOA Youth Training Counselor

- Manage projects and follow up goals to track progress. Plan, coordinate, and direct federal resources for 100+ potential employees weekly in day-to-day functions; including scheduling, orientation, and training them. 
- Execute plans and policies for the program called Workforce Innovation and Opportunity act
(WIOA), helps job seekers access employment, education, training, and support services to succeed
in the labor market.
- Direct governmental incentive programs for applicants that are eligible, accommodating for those with disabilities, refugees, veterans, and youths. This includes collaborating with 9 state divisions supporting the economic stability of Utah.
